Litzin Kerja Tangan came about unexpectedly. Each issue featured a single interviewee, who also appeared as the cover sketch. It was further supported by contributors offering emotions across various mediums—short stories, microfiction, essays, poetry, and photography. Kerja Tangan has always sided with works that are unpredictable, bold, raw, cute, fun, and lovingly amateur. / Litzin Kerja Tangan terjadi tanpa diduga. Setiap isu menampilkan satu sosok interviewee yang turut menjadi sketsa muka depan. Selain itu ia turut disokong oleh para kontributor yang menawarkan emosi dalam pelbagai medium antaranya cerpen, mikrofiksyen, esei, puisi dan foto. Kerja Tangan sentiasa berpihak dengan karya-karya luar duga, berani, raw, cute, fun dan penuh kasih amatur.
