Autopotret

Autopotret is a workshop series that combines medium-format photography, poetry writing, analog film developing, scanning, and zine-making. The focus is on the flow of creation from beginning to end—as an experience. The process is like a game: each participant is photographed and written about by the person to their left and right (whether they know each other or not). The photo and text offered by these two neighbors are then given a final touch by the portrait’s subject, completing what becomes an autoportrait. / Autopotret ialah siri kelas rakam foto medium format, garap sajak, cuci filem analog, imbas dan lalu bikin zine. Penekanan diberikan terhadap flow pembikinan dari mula hingga akhir—pengalaman. Proses ini persis permainan di mana setiap individu akan dipotretkan oleh orang di sebelah kiri dan kanan (samada kenal atau tidak) melalui tulisan dan foto. Foto dan tulisan hasil pemberian kedua orang yang mengapit ini akan diberi sentuhan akhir oleh pemilik tubuh potret tersebut maka jadilah ia autopotret.

So far, the Autopotret workshop has been held twice, with a fee of RM50. / Setakat ini kelas Autopotret telah dijalankan sebanyak 2 kali dengan mahar sebanyak RM50.
